Terms of Service
Last updated: March 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Volt software (“the Softwareâ€), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Termsâ€). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Software. VOLTBZ.NET is the only official domain for Volt.
2. License Scope and Authorized Use
A valid license is required to use the Software. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Volt grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your individual use during the applicable license term.
The Software is intended solely for authorized development, testing, debugging, and security research activities conducted on systems, games, applications, or experiences that you own, develop, operate, or are explicitly authorized to test (“Authorized Environmentsâ€).
By using the Software, you represent and warrant that:
- You will use the Software only in Authorized Environments.
- You will not use the Software on any system, game, application, experience, or service for which you lack ownership, edit permissions, developer permissions, or explicit authorization to test.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Software complies with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and third-party terms.
Volt does not authorize, condone, or encourage the use of the Software to access, test, modify, or interact with any system, game, application, experience, or service without the explicit permission of the owner or operator.
You may not:
- Distribute, share, sublicense, or resell your license
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
- Use the Software for commercial purposes without prior written authorization
- Create derivative works based on the Software
- Remove, alter, or obscure proprietary notices
3. Support Limitations
Volt staff and support representatives will provide assistance only for use of the Software that falls within the authorized scope described in these Terms. Requests for assistance relating to unauthorized use, including use outside Authorized Environments, will not be supported.
4. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials. You agree to notify Volt promptly of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Volt is not liable for any loss, damage, or unauthorized activity resulting from your failure to safeguard your account.
5. Licenses, Resellers, and Payments
Volt licenses may be sold through authorized resellers. Each license grants access to the Software for the duration specified at the time of purchase. License terms, pricing, availability, and reseller-specific purchase conditions may vary by reseller.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by Volt, the reseller from which you purchased your license is solely responsible for payment processing, billing support, and initial handling of refund requests and payment disputes.
Volt may, in its sole discretion, review or act on licensing, access, refund, or account matters directly where Volt determines such action is necessary or appropriate.
License fees are generally non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the refunded license will be permanently blacklisted, and Volt may permanently blacklist the associated user account and any future accounts connected to that user.
6. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Software:
- For any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Outside of Authorized Environments
- In any manner that violates the rules, terms, or policies of a third-party platform, service, or system
- To obtain unauthorized access to or interfere with any system, network, application, or service
- To disrupt online platforms, services, infrastructure, or other users
- To harass, abuse, or harm any person, group, or entity
- To request or obtain support from Volt staff for unauthorized use
- To distribute, promote, or share cracked, pirated, or unauthorized copies of the Software
- To impersonate another user or entity
7. Third-Party Platforms and No Affiliation
The Software may interact with or operate alongside third-party software, platforms, services, games, or applications.
Volt is an independent software product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, associated with, or authorized by any third-party platform, service, game developer, publisher, or system owner.
Use of the Software does not grant, imply, or create any permission from any third-party platform, service, developer, publisher, or system owner. You are solely responsible for obtaining any authorization required to interact with any third-party system.
All third-party trademarks, service marks, and trade names are the property of their respective owners. Any reference to a third-party product or platform does not imply any relationship, partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement.
8. Suspension and Termination
Volt may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without notice, if Volt reasonably determines, in its sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms, used the Software outside its authorized scope, engaged in misuse, violated third-party rules, or been credibly reported for unauthorized activity. Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Software is provided on an “as is†and “as available†basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or reliability. Volt does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of bugs.
10. No Warranty of Compatibility with Third-Party Platforms
Volt makes no representation or warranty that the Software will be compatible with any third-party platform, service, game, game engine, online service, application, or client environment.
Third-party platforms may update, restrict, block, monitor, modify, or otherwise change their systems at any time, and such changes may affect the functionality, availability, or performance of the Software.
Volt is not responsible for any action taken by a third-party platform, including:
- Account suspensions or bans
- Access restrictions
- Platform enforcement actions
- Service interruptions
- Incompatibilities caused by platform updates
You acknowledge that you use the Software at your own discretion and risk when interacting with any third-party platform or service.

12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Volt, its operators, affiliates, licensors, and representatives from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or related to:
- Your use or misuse of the Software
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, third-party term, or third-party right
- Your use of the Software outside an Authorized Environment
- Any claim by a third party arising from your acts, omissions, or conduct in connection with the Software
This indemnification obligation survives the suspension, termination, or expiration of your license and these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
Volt may modify these Terms at any time. If Volt makes material changes, Volt may provide notice by updating the “Last updated†date or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Software after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms.
